Two existing briefs sit under this tag: ADHD (neurological) and diabetes (metabolic). ADHD is a large formulation and crystallization gap, not a leading cause of death. Diabetes is, and that brief carries the mortality numbers. Both are crystallization and formulation problems for Franklin 1.

ADHD: small-molecule actives with almost no published microgravity crystallization work. Diabetes: insulin already has a space crystal history; GLP-1s and oral agents still lack high-cadence free-flying process maps.
